WORKOUT TO CUT BELLY FAT AND IMPROVE FITNESS
Workouts are useful in cutting belly fat .Also you should  aim at improving fitness  .The following workouts will help you cut belly fat and improve fitness :

ONE LEG STAND

This is useful in measuring and improving MOTOR FITNESS .You can choose the leg to stand on ,the heel of the opposite foot is placed at the knee against the inner side of the supporting leg ,heel should be at the level of the joint to enable the thigh to be rotated outwards .Arms hang should be relaxed at  the sides and eyes should be open .Use your arms for balance ,when necessary .The more calories used ,the more you also cut  fat

SHOULDER NECK MOBILITY

This help you maintain ,improve and measure LEG EXTENSOR POWER .The leg muscle power and strength are important  physiological factors for mobility function .Perform it as follows :Jump as high as possible using your hands to enhance your performance .You may flex your knees to enhance the performance ,but whole feet must stay on the floor .

MODIFIED PUSH UPS

This help you improve and measure endurance capacity of the upper extremity extensor muscle and  the ability to stabilize trunk .Perform the exercise as follows :Do as many correct push- ups as you can in 40 seconds .Start by clapping hands behind your back .Push- ups help you  use more calories ,cutting more  fat also by sweating it help you refresh

DYNAMIC SIT –UP

This help you improve and measure the dynamic strength of the abdominal and hip flexor muscles .Perform  as follows :Perform three levels with 5 sit-ups at each level without a rest between the levels .The performance should be smooth and back of the elbows should touch the mat between each sit –up
In the first five sit –ups , aim to reach mid patella with fingertips of both hands from a straight lying position while keeping the arms straight and palms resting on thighs
In the second sit –ups ,arms should be folded over chest and aim to reach thighs with both elbows
In the last five sit-ups ,touch back of earlobes with fingertips .The aim is to reach thighs with elbows

2-KM WALK


This help you improve cardiorespiratory fitness .Aerobic fitness is a good indicator of health .Poor aerobic fitness increases the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases .Perform the exercise as follows :Walk as fast as possible at an even pace without risking your health
